How can I track my order?
When you place your order on our website or by phone; you will receive email notification that your package(s) was shipped, and delivered, as well as any exception, if applicable.
If I am sending this as a gift can you include a greeting card or a business card?
Absolutely! We are more than happy to attach a greeting card (free of course) with a message you personalize. Also, if you can send us your business card in advance we will include that with your selection.
Is there a shipping restriction?
We only ship to residential and business addresses (no P.O. Box ). Please have someone available to accept delivery. If you’re not sure someone will be home to receive your order, may we suggest shipping it to an alternative address. Upon arrival, place product trays in the freezer immediately.
Is there a shipping schedule?
Order by 11:00 am EST for next day delivery. We ship Monday through Thursday. Saturday deliveries possible with additional FEDEX shipping fee of $20.00.
Why is shipping so expensive?
Most of our products are shipped FEDEX. To preserve the quality of perishable food items we ship overnight (in a reusable temperature controlled padded insulated box with dry ice or gel pack). FEDEX rates for overnight shipping are expensive.
