Big Chef is a USDA approved and
inspected food manufacturer, minority business enterprise,
established in 1999.
Big Chef offers a wide selection
of delectable hors doeuvres and canapés.
Frozen product line, blast frozen to preserve freshness, has
a shelf life of a year is shipped everywhere. Fresh products,
for our local clientele, are made to order.
Over 400 items: meat, poultry,
seafood, cheeses, vegetable and fruits are incorporated in
authentic styles--puff pastries, fillo dough, imported hojaldre
dough, breaded, crusted, brochettes and skewers. Continental,
Mediterranean, oriental, South American, Brazilian and southwestern
are among the flavors we handcraft.
To guarantee food safety
and the highest quality of product possible,
our products are manufactured under a HACCP plan, meeting
all sanitation, regulation and safety requirements. Working
under a HACCP plan assures specific control measures applied
to critical points in the manufacturing process. Our plant
is inspected daily by USDA and microbiological testing of
the working environment and finished products are performed
on a regular basis.
