Feedback on the cutting I conducted in my home follows: All nine products were sized correctly, and were consistent as well.Visually, they appeared nicely shaped and all had that homemade look with the proper color.Importantly, they all cooked up properly and were very tasty - showing they were seasoned nicely with the right "heat" level, the texture substantial with ingredient integrity, and the mouth feel was appealing.

They all stayed crisp and moist after cooking - which is also an essential result. Standouts were the Pot sticker, SW Chili Tarts, Pot Pie, Spring Roll and the Empanada (that dough is incredibly tasty and flakey), although the others were very good and acceptable. I like the puff pastry you use, and the phillo dough as well, as they brown up evenly in a home oven.  In any case, overall -OUTSTANDING JOB!"
