Cooking Instructions
Do not microwave. Use conventional oven. Preheat oven to 380 degrees and bake from frozen on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Ingredients
Filing: Cheese (pasteurized whole milk and skim milk, cheese cultures, salt and enzymes- powdered cellulose added to prevent caking)- pre-cooked sliced plantains. Shell: Flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), vegetable shortening (soybean and cottonseed oil with dimethylpolysiloxane added to reduce foaming, water and salt). Processed eggs (whole eggs, citric acid) used to help seal empanadas.
