Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 380 degrees and bake from frozen on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees.

Ingredients

Cooked chicken, black bean (water, beans and salt), onions, bell peppers, corn (may be frozen or canned containing corn, water, sugar and salt), Spanish olives (olives, water, pimento, salt, lactic acid, sodium alginate, guar gum, calcium chloride, and potassium sorbate as preservative), cream of chicken (chicken stock, wheat flour, chicken fat, cooked chicken meat, cream, modified food starch, contain less than 2% of salt, cooked mechanically separated chicken, dried whey, soy protein concentrate, monosodium glutamate, dried dairy blend (whey, calcium caseinate) yeast extract, flavoring, beta carotene for color, soy protein isolate, sodium phosphates, chicken flavor (contain chicken stock, chicken powder, chicken fat) and spice extract), margarine (liquid soybean oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, water, salt, soybean lecithin, vegetable mono and diglycerides, sodium benzoate as a preservative, artificial flavor, colored with beta-carotene, vitamin A palmitate added), jalapeño peppers (jalapeño peppers, salt, distilled vinegar, onions, garlic, calcium chloride, sodium benzoate and F D and C yellow #5), salt, garlic, seasoning mix (salt, celery seeds, spices and paprika), cilantro. Shell: Flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), vegetable shortening (soybean and cottonseed oil with dimethylpolysiloxane added to reduce foaming, water and salt). Processed eggs (whole eggs, citric acid) used to help seal empanadas.
