Cooking Instructions
Do not microwave. Use conventional oven. Preheat oven to 380 degrees and bake from frozen on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Ingredients
Wild mushrooms chopped, ricotta (whole milk, vinegar (as starter), salt and stabilizer-locust bean gum), mozzarella (cultured pasteurized part skim milk, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose and/or potato starch added to prevent caking) and parmesan (pasteurized part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes) cheeses, seasoned liquid egg (whole eggs, citric acid), hand folded in puff pastry. Puff Pastry: Bleached wheat flour, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, niacin, iron, acid folic) vegetable shortening (soybean and cottonseeds oil with dimethylpolysiloxane added to reduce foaming) water and salt.
